Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
